State Form, Rate and Rule Filings

Our knowledgeable team can prepare contract forms, including editing existing forms, research state regulations, assist in the development of rate schedules and/or rule manuals, disclosure forms, Flesch scores and completion of transmittal documents. 

We have worked diligently to build strong working relationships with regulators and analysts in order to respond directly to their reviews and comments and negotiate the expeditious approval of your product.

State filings are generally submitted electronically via SERFF unless the state requires otherwise and copies of your filings are kept on file and available to you at any time.

We also have experience with Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission (IIPRC) filings and can help you from start to finish.
